SM City Cebu Relaunches New and Improved Food Court

Last November 25, SM City Cebu relaunched their new and improved food court. After weeks of renovation, it was now time to reveal the improvements made on the facility. Gathering some of the most influential individuals on social media, the mall held a unique event which showcased not only the food court’s best-tasting dishes but also the mobile photography skills of all the guests present.

The New Look

The new SM City Cebu Food Court now features sections with round wooden tables and cushions solo seats. How cool!

The new layout is a huge departure from the facility’s old look. Now, the place looks more spacious and more relaxing.

Some sections feature square tables with steel seats which are perfect for small groups of 2 to 4.

Stalls are also carefully interlaced into the new layout and the overall look is quite pretty. Congratulations, SM City Cebu!

Food Festival

As part of its effort to reintroduce mall goers to the facility, the mall held a special food carnival. During this event, tenants placed their best dishes on a special set-up where people can take flatlay shots of the dishes and post them on social media. The event was also opened to all diners at the food court.

Using the hashtag #SMCityFoodCourtCebu, guests posted their food shots on Facebook and Instagram and the result was glorious! The owner of the winning photos received special prizes from SM!
