Taft Properties Begins Turnover of Horizons 101 Units

Taft Properties recently announced that the company has started handing over to their buyers the initial batch of Horizons 101 units. In a small, intimate gathering attended by members of the local press, Taft Properties officially welcomed and thanked the new homeowners for the trust and confidence.

Horizons 101 is a two-tower development – Tower 1 with 55 floors and Tower 2 with 46 floors – located right at the heart of the city. It is Taft Properties’ very first vertical development. Horizons 101’s first tower is currently considered the tallest building in Cebu.

According to Taft Properties COO and President Christopher Narciso, all of the more than 800 units of Horizons 101’s Tower 1 have already been sold out. On the other hand, Tower 2, which is currently being constructed, is now already 70 percent sold. The company is targeting to turn over all Tower 1 units by May 2016 and Tower 2 units by mid 2017.
