Island Central Mactan: Five Exciting Projects to Watch Out for This 2019
Island Central Mactan (ICM), Mactan Island’s most happening mall, is set to make 2019 an amazing year for every Cebuano. During their Tenants Appreciation Night on December 8, ICM CEO Mr. Edwin Lim said that the mall will have a line of exciting new offerings that will surely make headlines. The mall will have a grand opening at the end of the first quarter of 2019.
Let’s take a look at each one of these exciting developments:
Island Central Mall Cinemas
ICM will soon have its very own cinemas. Once these cinemas open, the residents of Mactan no longer have to brave the horrible traffic to cross the channel just to be able to watch a movie.
Island Central Mall Food Hall
ICM is set to open its food hall which is located on the top floor of the mall. The food hall will house some of the biggest names and will offer a wide array of choices for the mall’s international guests.
Mactan Wharf
During the Tenant Appreciation Night held on December 8, 2018, Island Central Mactan CEO Edwin Lim announced that the brand will soon start working on the Mactan Wharf expansion. The development will have a boardwalk, commercial units, and even a hotel.
Topline Marina
As a waterfront hub for transport and lifestyle, Island Central Mactan just recently unveiled its new ferry passenger service Topline Marina. The ferry service will have 2 vessels for its initial operation. It will have 32 trips from Mactan to Pier 3 in Cebu City (and vice versa) during its daily 16-hour operation. Fees are initially set at Php25 (regular,) Php22 (students,) and Php20 (senior citizens.)
Island Central Mall Sky Lounge and Bar
Island Central Mactan is also set to open on their roof deck one of the biggest sky bars in the country. The ICM Sky Lounge and Bar will house 10 themed resto-bars and will offer an amazing view of the Mactan Channel and the whole Metro Cebu.
