Yakitori Binchotan Opens Maiden Branch in Cebu
Yakitori Binchotan formally opened to the public its very first restaurant in Cebu. Yakitori Binchotan aims to take guests to Sapporo, Hokkaido – the heart of Japan’s culinary center – by bringing them as close as possible to the authentic yakitori experience.
At Yakitori Binchotan, yakitori isn’t just pieces of grilled meat or vegetables on a stick. Using a special Binchotan charcoal that does not smoke but packs so much heat, Yakitori Binchotan’s delicious grilled favorites are as authentic as the ones you see in the streets of Sapporo.
Yakitori Binchotan’s arrival in Cebu was made possible by the partnership of Gerry’s Group (Gerry’s Grill) and the chain’s original owners (Chefs Yoshi Ishise, Tomio Hakada, and Nori Suzuki.)
