Primary Homes to Turn Over Almond Drive Condo Units in Talisay City

Primary Homes, Inc. (PHI) is set to turn over the first two courtyard buildings of Almond Drive, its condo project in Tangke in Talisay City. The development is located close to the busy SRP area and is just less than 10 minutes from top spots like Il Corso, SM Seaside City Cebu, and Cebu Ocean Park.

Work on Almond Drive began in 2019. And despite the delays due to the lockdowns, the turnover of units is expected to take place in early 2022.

The Almond Drive project is made up of townhouses and Courtyards walk-up condo units. It is an ideal address for professionals and young families. Situated just 2 minutes from the main highway, the project sits on a 1.5-hectare property. It has a total value of almost 700 million pesos.

According to Romero Espina, VP for Sales and Marketing of PHI, the company’s project management team and the Primary Group of Builders (PGB) affiliates are making sure that the project is on track despite the delays. He said, “Our construction is in full swing. We are finalizing our turnover preparations and we will be ready on the first quarter of 2022 as scheduled.”

Courtyards Series

Almond Drive is the fourth project in the top developer’s award-winning Courtyard Series. The project features a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids playground, fitness gym, and open courtyards and gardens. Additionally, the community also has a guardhouse, CCTV cameras, and perimeter fence. Lastly, a property management team will manage the site.

Units at Almond Drive

The condo has 3 different floor plans. Buyers can choose from Studio, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom units with sizes from 14sqm to 53sqm. The units come with bedroom closets, a kitchen sink, a countertop, and cabinets. In addition, they have a bathroom water heater outlet and an area for washing.
