Marble + Grain Steakhouse, one of bai Hotel Cebu’s eight dining outlets, is bringing to Cebu the Churrasco Platter. Churrasco or ‘grilled meat’ in Portuguese, is a very prominent cuisine in South American countries like Colombia, Bolivia, Uruguay, Argentina, and Brazil.

The Churrasco Platter at Marble + Grain Steakhouse is perfect for sharing for up to 4 people. The platter is available twice weekly for only Php4,899 nett.

The Churrasco Platter includes the following:

Lamb Chops

Flank Steak

Pork Loin

Hungarian Sausage

Chicken

The platter will come with four cups of either rice or mashed potato and three types of sauce on the side – Chimichurri, Salsa, and the Chef’s signature sauce.

The Churrasco Platter is available from Tuesdays to Sundays from 12:00pm to 2:00pm and from 5:30pm to 10:00pm only at Marble + Grain Steakhouse at bai Hotel Cebu.
