I am a Canadian.my filipino wife purchased a phone in your new store.it was s21 series with only one left.they made her pay prior to opening box.
when opened phone was defective but as last one all she could do was chose another .odd!
she did so and got a galaxy Z 4
now it will not make calls it goes call ended before connecting.
I have advised her in past don’t buy anything in philippines as guarantee good only till you reach door of store. now they want to send her phone out for long time to get it fixed but no loaner etc.typical philippine action.we live 4 hours drive from cebu.
As your owner was born in canada he knows very well that in that country they would apologise and give her new phone
To start with they would never ask her to pay before opening box of phone.
I have been here 43 years running companies and know all tricks.
so I have many contacts and unless you decide in your infinite wisdom to correct your less than proven filipino attitude regarding her phone I will do my best to blacklist you to all my multiple contacts and friends
your owner as a Canadian knows very well this is not the way the world does business but it only in this country it goes that way
