PrimeHomes Finds a New Home in Carcar City

PrimeHomes Development Corporation held last November 27 the official groundbreaking ceremony for their newest development Henaville Homes Carcar. Located in Barangay Tuyom in the historic, cultural, and heritage City of Carcar, the development promises to a truly one-of-a-kind project nestled in the heart of the city.






Henaville Homes Carcar is a BP220 Economic Housing Project infused with Socialized Housing Component. 19% or 44 units out of the 231 units are allocated as socialized housing while the remaining 187 units are designed as economic housing. Henaville Homes Carcar is the 6th and latest project of Primehomes and will feature unique amenities which are never or are seldom seen in other similar developments.

Some of these amenities include a 4.5km jogging path, semi-finished units delivered to clients, and a carport for each unit (Economic Housing units.) Henaville will also be building a 1.5 km long drainage system that can be tapped by Barangay Tuyom to help with flooding problems.
