Maayo Hotel Celebrates Second Year with Tropical Shindig

On November 26, Maayo Hotel celebrated its second anniversary with a fun, colorful, and truly memorable celebration entitled Tropical Shindig. Coinciding with the hotel’s Christmas Tree lighting event, the special gathering was also a celebration of the hotel’s amazing collaboration and partnership with various companies, clients, and individuals this 2019.






The evening began with a musical treat for all guests at the lobby located on the seventh floor.

The holiday tunes helped set the mood for such a truly festive event.

The tree-lighting ceremony was headed by Maayo owner William “Wally” Liu, Ms. Paulette Liu, and Maayo General Manager Karen Mendoza.

Guests enjoyed the classic Filipino cultural dances before the start of dinner.

Mr. William Liu led the toast as a celebration of yet another hotel milestone and to thank partners and employees for the continued support.

Maayo Hotel’s top partners and clients of 2019 were also honored during the event.






Everyone feasted on Maayo Hotel’s delectable holiday specials including their signature glazed ham.

The sumptuous feast was prepared by Maayo Hotel’s executive chef Luigi Mangubat and served by the hotel’s polite and very well-trained servers and food handlers.
