Balay sa Busay: A New Dining Destination
The dining scene in Cebu is continually evolving. Due to the continued increase in the number of tourists and expats, the ever-changing social trends, and the general opennesss to change, Cebuanos are constantly getting introduced to new and foreign flavors and tastes. While Cebuanos welcome these culinary developments, a good chunk of the population still prefer the familiar tastes and flavors that they love.
Just this month, a new Filipino restaurant has opened its doors to the public for the very first time. Offering some of the most beloved local favorites, the restaurant aims to reintroduce to the Cebuanos the culinary wonders that show how Filipino cuisine is in a league of its own. Ladies, and gentlemen, TheCebuano is proud to present to you Cebu’s very own BALAY sa BUSAY.
Balay sa Busay is located in the hills of Barangay Busay along the Cebu Tops Road.
The interior of the restaurant is very simple with a very rustic and homey feel.
The interior is designed to accommodate different group sizes.
Outside the main dining hall, guests are treated to amazing view of Metro Cebu.
These al fresco seats are perfect for smaller, more intimate groups.
