The Vamps Live in Cebu
More and more British acts are enjoying tremendous popularity these days. A great addition to the already long list is the four-member pop rock group The Vamps. Composed of members Bradley, James, Tristan, and Connor, The Vamps is steadily gaining momentum, and is now on the brink of super stardom.
The success of the group is a perfect proof of the power of social media. Before the group officially started releasing original tracks, they first uploaded on their Youtube channel their very own cover of popular songs. With the massive support of their supporters and subscribers, the group eventually became more than just cover artists. They soon started releasing their own singles and albums, setting up their very own record label, and performing for their fans across the globe.
This year, the Vamps traveled to various parts of the world not only to promote their new album Wake Up but also to meet the people who helped them in their journey. One of their official stops was Manila. However, because they are aware of the tremendous support of their Cebuano fans, the group made it a special point to drop by Cebu and perform for the local Vampettes and Vampions.
Less than 24 hours after their successful concert at the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, the group flew straight to Cebu City to perform for and meet their fans. Before the meet and greet and acoustic performance, however, the members sat down with members of the local media for a quick interview.
