RLC Residences Launches Newest AmiSa Private Residences Tower in Mactan

RLC Residences continues to solidify its hold in Cebu with the launching of its newest project in Mactan. On May 7, 2022, RLC Residences, the residential division of Robinsons Land Corporation announced to members of the Cebu and Manila media its plan to build an addition to its hugely successful multi-tower project AmiSa Private Residences. The new building, called AmiSa Tower D, will be the fourth in the series. It will rise within the complex where the 5-star hotel Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort also sits.

AmiSa Private Residences is an exclusive residential address located near the northern tip of Mactan Island. It is in close proximity to top spots like the Liberty Shrine and the Marine and Bird Sanctuary in Olango Island. The project, which sits on a 10-hectare property, currently has three towers.
