Big Bad Wolf is Back in Cebu!

The biggest book sale in the whole world is back in Cebu!

The Big Bad Wolf Book Sale returns to Cebu this year to once again bring joy and excitement to countless Cebuano bookworms and enthusiasts. The Big Bad Wolf 2019 is a follow-up to the hugely-successful Cebu Sale last year which sold millions worth of books, educational kits, toys, and a whole lot more.






This year, Big Bad Wolf is bringing over a million books across multiple genres and categories like fiction, non-fiction, children’s books, premium books, and more. These books will be available at 50% to 90% off the recommended retail price.

And as part of its commitment to provide books to thousands of families, books will once again be collected through a donation drive during the whole duration of the book sale. The collected books will be turned over to Gawad Kalinga’s community libraries in Budlaan, Dumanjug, Bantayan Island, and Ticad.

The Big Bad Wolf Book Sale in Cebu will run for eleven (11) days at the IEC Convention Center (IC3) along Pope John Paul Avenue. The book sale will open for 24 hours from August 16 to August 26, 2019.

The Big Bad Wolf Books Sale in Cebu was opened to special guests a day before its regular run.
The event was attended by Mayor Edgardo Abella as well as BBW founder Jacqueline Ng.
Ms. Ng and Mayor Labella also lead the official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

One of the busiest sections was the Young Adult islands which featured some of today’s most-read works.

The islands are regularly refilled and restocked to ensure that everyone gets a full book-buying experience.
