foodpanda Welcomes Back Andok’s After Eight Years, Expands Food Delivery Choices for Cebuanos
As more Cebuanos embrace the convenience of digital services, food delivery has become an essential part of everyday life. From office workers and students to families looking for quick meal options, the demand for accessible comfort food continues to grow across the province.
Responding to years of consumer demand, foodpanda has officially welcomed back Andok’s to its platform after an eight-year absence, making the popular litson manok and liempo brand available once again to customers in Cebu and other parts of the country.
“At foodpanda, we’re always looking for ways to bring customers closer to the brands and meals they love,” said Patricia Jacinto, Marketing and Growth Director of foodpanda Philippines.
“The excitement surrounding Andok’s launch reflects the strong connection Filipinos have with familiar food favorites, and we’re happy to make those everyday cravings more accessible through the platform,” she added.
According to foodpanda, Andok’s remained one of the platform’s most-searched brands in Cebu and nationwide despite not being available on the app for nearly a decade, underscoring its enduring popularity among Filipino consumers.
To mark the brand’s return, foodpanda has onboarded an initial 50 high-traffic Andok’s branches across the Visayas, with additional locations expected to join the platform in the coming months.
“As modern lifestyles keep Filipinos busier than ever, this partnership bridges the gap between nostalgic comfort and modern convenience,” said Maverick Leonardo T. Javier, President of Andok’s Litson Corporation.
“By integrating a beloved household name into foodpanda’s nationwide network, satisfying a craving for familiar favorites is now just a few taps away,” he added.
The partnership comes as food delivery services continue to gain traction in major urban centers such as Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu-Lapu City, where online ordering has become part of many consumers’ daily routines.
With Andok’s now back on the platform, Cebuanos can once again order some of the brand’s best-known offerings through foodpanda’s delivery network, providing greater convenience and more dining options for customers across the region.
