The main goal of the board is to ensure that the installment of the festival is well-coordinated by carrying vital agencies under its wings. One of the very first steps that the board took after it was formed was to identify the areas that needed improvement. The board especially focused its attention on the need to revitalize the image of the Sinulog Festival and make it appealing to its main target markets. The board has also tapped important names in the entertainment industry to ensure that the festival regains its title as the grandest festival in the country.
