Christmas Stardust at Cebu Parklane International Hotel

Cebu Parklane International Hotel held last November 20, 2018 the official lighting of their 2018 Christmas Tree. Aptly called Christmas Stardust, the event put a spotlight on the things we need most this holiday season: faith, hope, love, generosity, and a little bit of star dust. The festive and very colorful event also featured inspiring words of hope and love in these trying times.

Here are some of the highlights of Cebu Parklane International Hotel’s Christmas Tree lighting ceremony:

Cebu Parklane International Hotel General Manager Cenelyn Manguilimotan welcomes guests to the hotel’s yearly celebration.

This year, the Cebu Parklane International Hotel offered Star of Life succulents to its guests. Each succulent is equivalent to one chemotherapy vial for treatment of a child with cancer. Proceeds of the fund-raising project went to the kids under the care of the Cancer Warrior shelter Balay Silungan.

During the program, a check worth Php118,000 was turned over to the Cancer Warriors Foundation, Inc.

The Cancer Warriors Foundation, Inc. in turn handed over a token of appreciation (a painting) to Cebu Parklane International Hotel for such a worthwhile project.

The hotel also continued its tradition of using only recycled materials for their Christmas decorations. This year, their giant Christmas Tree is made from recycled hotel bathroom amenities like containers of shower gel, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.

Apart from a wonderful showcase of talent and music, the hotel also prepared a delectable spread of international dishes cooked the Parklane way for guests who attended the event.
