Independencia at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu

To celebrate the Philippines’ 117th year as an independent nation, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu brings to Cebu yet another unique and truly memorable culinary journey. Independencia: A Tribute to Filipino Heroes celebrates the life, times, and gustatory inclinations of some of the country’s most celebrated names. In a special intimate celebration, Marco Polo presented to select members of the media the dishes that once dominated the dining tables of our national heroes.

Ms. Jessica Avila talks about how they came up with the Independencia menu. According to her, a lot of research was done in order to create this year’s special Independence Day menu.
