To celebrate the Philippines’ 117th year as an independent nation, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu brings to Cebu yet another unique and truly memorable culinary journey. Independencia: A Tribute to Filipino Heroes celebrates the life, times, and gustatory inclinations of some of the country’s most celebrated names. In a special intimate celebration, Marco Polo presented to select members of the media the dishes that once dominated the dining tables of our national heroes.
