Award-winning property developer PrimaryHomes Inc. (PHI) recently opened its newest sales office in Cebu City to meet the ever-growing demand for the company’s projects. The new space is located at the ground level of the APM Centrale shopping mall along A.S. Soriano Ave., Cebu City. It will serve as the new service hub for clients and sales partners as the company plans to launch more projects in Cebu. The new office is open Mondays to Saturdays from 9:30AM to 7:00PM.

According to Mr. Ramero Espina, Vice President for Sales and Marketing of Primary Homes, the opening of the new 108 sqm space will make processes easier for both sales partners and clients. “We are thrilled to open the doors to our new office. And this makes the homebuying journey more convenient for our customers,” said Espina.
