Feliz: A Holiday Journey at Seda Ayala Center Cebu
Last October 25, 2019, Seda Ayala Center Cebu held a pre-Christmas event to officially welcome the holiday season. Dubbed Feliz: A Holiday Journey, the special event took guests along a wonderful culinary journey laced with nostalgia, culture, and pride of place. Take a look at some of the highlights of this unique and truly unforgettable gastronomic holiday feast.
Feliz: A Holiday Journey features a 6-course meal that showcases some of the lovely Christmas traditions of Filipinos and Cebuanos.
Guests and patrons thoroughly enjoyed the specially-prepared menu which showcased well-loved Filipino and Cebuano favorites like puto-sikwati, ham, and more.
Present during the event was world-renowned sommelier and Happy Living Philippines general manager Jullian Gagliardi, who gave tips on wine pairs this holiday season. Also present was the country’s Chocolate Queen and founder of The Chocolate Chamber Raquel Choa who took care of the sweet holiday treats.
