SM Office Expansion

Last January 9, 2017, Primary Homes, Inc. reopened its SM City Cebu office. After weeks of renovation, the office is now a lot bigger (more than twice its original size at 228 sqm,) and better.

The men and women behind Primary Homes, Inc. raise their glasses to success and prosperity during the blessing and grand opening of the company’s SM sales office.

Recognizing the importance of sales agents and brokers, the big bosses shared the special moment with some of the company’s most trusted ‘partners.’

While it is easy to note that the set-up of the office is basically the same, it is also impossible not to notice the amazing improvements. The new sales office has warmer and more modern interiors as well as a very practical and well-planned layout.

The bigger sales office now allows the company to better serve the agents as well as the clients who come to the office for various reasons.

New Projects

According to Mr. Ramiro Espina, PHI Vice President for Sales and Marketing, the general public can expect exciting new projects from the company this year.

Courtyards Projects

Following the success of their Courtyards projects (in Banawa and Happy Valley,) PHI will soon introduce the same concept in the historic resort island of Mactan. Rising in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, the project will be located close to the Mactan Doctor’s Hospital, Grand Mall Mactan, the Mactan-Cebu International Airports, and some of the island’s biggest resorts.

Mr. Espina added that due to the ever-growing demand for Courtyards living, the company will also be introducing the same concept in Talisay City and Mandaue City.

Regional Development

According to Mr. Espina, the company is now also focusing on regional developments and projects. As a matter of fact, Primary Homes, Inc. will soon be launching major projects in Bohol and Dumaguete. In the lovely island of Bohol, after its first 3 projects, PHI will soon be developing their mid-range projects (3M to 7M) in Panglao and Baclayon. In the university city of Dumaguete, on the other hand, PHI will soon be developing 20B worth of mid to low-cost projects (starter homes, townhouses, single-detached housing units.)

25 Years in the Industry

2017 is a special year for Primary Homes, Inc. This year, the development giant will be celebrating its 25th year in the industry. With more than 40 developments in Cebu and the neighboring provinces, and more projects in the pipeline, 2017 is indeed shaping up to become one of the best years in the company’s long history.
