JIProp Development Corp Launches the JTower Residences Showroom

Indeed, the future has finally arrived in Mandaue City. JIProp Development Corporation, the residential arm of homegrown Everjust Realty Corporation, officially launched last September 30, 2019, the showroom of their new development JTower Residences. Poised to become the tallest building in the city once completed, JTower Residences is a project that is set to elevate the standard in leisure living, lifestyle, and shopping.






According to Justin Uy, Chairman and CEO of JIProp Development Corporation, JTower Residences is “just steps away from the good life.” He added that their goal in building their first-ever condominium project in Mandaue City is to “integrate the home life with exciting activities and fun adventures.” Located just behind the popular JCentre Mall along A.S. Fortuna Street, the tower will become a new iconic landmark that every Mandauehanon will truly be proud of.

According to Architect Daryl Balmoria-Garcia, Principal Architect of Dream Architects, the 40-story tower will stand “as a testament to the vision of Chairman Uy.”

As someone with experience in running a resort, a mall, and a food processing company, Uy knows that the next step was to provide a good and comfortable life to every Cebuano.

JTower Residences

With the JTower Residences, residents will enjoy top-notch amenities like an infinity pool, a Zen garden, an open clubhouse, a jogging path, and several retail podiums. There will also be a full-size parking area that can accommodate up to 465 vehicles. Most importantly, a covered bridgeway will give residents direct access to JCentre Mall, Mandaue City’s premier shopping destination

JTower Residences will have a total of 1,274 residential units, more than a thousand of which will be studio units. The tower will also have 120 one-bedroom units, 60 penthouse villas, and 14 garden villas.
