The Core: A Community Space for All

Talent not nurtured is wasted. And that is exactly why it is important to always give it time to grow, enough space to breathe, and an undying passion to keep it burning. Here in Cebu, Cebuanos have very little space to nurture their talent.

Thankfully The Core came into the picture. The Core by MDF Productions is a multi-faceted community space for everyone. The first of its kind in Cebu, The Core aims to give every Cebuano a chance to showcase their talents and unleash the very core of their many passions. The Core can accommodate anyone and everyone who wishes to better their craft, improve themselves, or pursue their dreams.

The Core is first and foremost an activities studio. With its amazing basket weave sprung flooring, the Core is perfect for physical activities like dancing, yoga, meditation, exercises, and performance arts.

Due to its many amazing features and amenities, however, the Core can also transform into an intimate space for seminars, conferences, workshops, discussions, exhibits, and so much more.

The Core is open daily (10:00 am – 10:00 pm.) and a promotional rate of Php 888 for
two hours of rental. This promo lasts up to the end of June 2019.
