TheCebuano was at the grand opening of 10 Dove Street Confectionery last September 2, 2015. Check out these scenes from the grand opening which attracted hundreds of cake-lovers from all over the metro.

On opening day, hundreds lined up to be among the first to check out 10 Dove Street Confectionery.

Despite the early morning heat, nobody was willing to give up their slot.

The opening program officially started at around 9 am.

Some of the people were already in line at around 11 the previous night.

Finally, 10 Dove Street Confectionery was officially opened at 10 am.

The first 10 people in line were finally allowed to enter the confectionery.

To thank them for their effort and love, 10 Dove Street Confectionery rewarded the first ten customers with one golden ticket each.

Each golden ticket holder gets one whole cake each week for ten weeks. That’s a total of 10 cakes!

Congratulations RICA SALVADOR for being the very first customer of 10 Dove Street Confectionery.

The first 100 customers were also given one silver ticket each. That’s one slice of cake each week for 10 weeks for a total of 10 slices!
