Acqua, Shangri-la’s Mactan Resort and Spa’s authentic Italian restaurant, is making a few changes to its already impressive menu. Hot mussels and calamari tomato soup
Red agnolotti filled with buffalo mozzarella and creamy basil pesto sauce
spaghetti with scallops and citrus pesto sauce in a bed of pistachio cream sauce
Nonna Maria’s layered eggplant cake, with buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes
And finally, for dessert, Acqua’s very own tiramisu.
